Targeting buildings and district energy systems, we aim to achieve smart operation that contributes to　decarbonization such as energy conservation, renewable energy utilization and energy flexibility. Also, we aim to achieve the creation of healthy and comfortable indoor environment, and the quantification of policy effects based on social dynamics and stakeholder decision making. We conduct research and development using our own simulation technology, big data and information technology.
建築・地域のエネルギーシステムを対象とした省エネ・再生可能エネルギー活用・エネルギー柔軟性など脱炭素化に資するスマートな運用や、健康・快適な熱・空気環境の形成、社会動態やステークホルダーの意思決定に基づく施策効果の定量化などについて、ビックデータや情報技術を活用した研究開発を行っています。
